Tapping into Rich Girl Energy: A Path to Abundance
As we move through August, I’m feeling the afterglow of the Lionsgate portal. My recent birthday celebrations in New Orleans and Nashville have left me buzzing with manifestation and abundance energy. I shared some of these experiences on Instagram, and the response was overwhelming. So, I’m diving deeper into the concept of stepping into your "rich girl energy" to attract abundance into your life and business.
Luxurious Spaces, Luxurious Mindset
One of the key ideas I shared is the power of placing yourself in luxurious environments to enhance your abundance energy. This practice is not about spending extravagantly; it’s about how you feel in those spaces. Do you feel confident and magnetic, or do you shrink away? This self-awareness is crucial in identifying any lingering scarcity mindset.
For me, upgrading to an Amex Platinum card was a game-changer. The access to airport lounges like Delta's Centurion Lounge has transformed my travel experience. Instead of absorbing the stress and anxiety often present in airports, I now feel calm, safe, and abundant. This elevated state of mind carries through to my business, making me more magnetic and energetically attractive.
Another upgrade was joining Hertz's President's Circle, allowing me to choose any rental car I want without extra cost. This small luxury makes a big difference in how I feel and operate, setting the tone for a productive and abundant day.
Simple Ways to Tap into Abundance
You don’t need to splurge to step into your rich girl energy. Here are a few ideas:
Visit a Luxurious Location: Whether it's a rooftop bar or a high-end resort, spend time in spaces that feel luxurious to you.
Dress the Part: Invest in a few high-quality pieces, even if it's just fancier sweats for your next flight.
Indulge in Small Luxuries: Buy truffle oil for your popcorn, get your nails done at a spa, or explore the perfume counter for samples of high-end scents.
The goal is to notice how these experiences make you feel. If you feel expansive and confident, you're on the right track. If not, it might be time to address any underlying scarcity mindset.

Balancing Multiple Platforms: Focus on the platforms that align most with your audience and energy. You don’t need to be everywhere—quality over quantity.
Consistency and Planning: Use time blocking and planning tools to stay on track. Small, consistent actions will keep you moving forward without overwhelming you.
Pivoting Your Content: It’s okay to pivot your content focus. Use your existing top-performing content to guide your audience through this shift.
Elevate Your Stories and Engagement
When it comes to Instagram Stories, use them to tell actual stories, not just to reshare your latest posts. This approach increases engagement and deepens your connection with your audience. Think in series, and use tools like polls, sliders, and question boxes to encourage interaction.
